A note for grown-ups

I'm a city finance director and a mom. These books started at my kitchen table, explaining big things to my daughter in a way that felt clear and kind.

Every page asks your child to think, choose, and explain why. There are no drills and no scores. Sit with them for a page or two. The best part is usually the conversation.
